Avery Burr was awarded two Blue Ribbons at state art! Blue Ribbons are only awarded to students who have created an original piece that stands out as an exemplary art statement. Congratulations Avery!
Emma Gustaf has signed a scholarship offer from Casper College to participate in their music program. Emma has been very active, most notably for singing the national anthem at numerous state events including basketball, track, and FBLA. Congratulations Emma!
MS track in Lead this Friday is canceled due to weather.
Mother Nature has changed our plans for April 19th. Coaches will share the updated plans for their respective teams at their next practice.
Skull Creek Studio will be at prom this year with a studio setup matching this year’s prom theme. Emily will be available for portraits from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. These will be first come first served.
Each setup (couple, single or group) will be $25 and you’ll receive 3 poses and 3 digital images delivered via email. Additional prints/hard copies may be purchased after the event.
You may prepay for your session time at https://skullcreekstudio.client.photos/gallery/upton-prom-2024 Images will also be at this link following prom if you wish to purchase hard copies.
Choose the image that says “Upton High School Prom PrePay Here” Then click buy, then choose “Prom PREPAY”. Each different grouping will need to purchase a separate prepay. At checkout, add a note including the names of those in each group.
You may also pay with check or cash on prom night.

Track Results from the Laura Chord Meet in Newcastle:
Girls team finished 3rd out of 13 and the boys team finished 4th out of 12.
These athletes have pre-qualified: Cullen Davis (Pole Vault), Kailer Duarte (Pole Vault), Chase Mills (Pole Vault), Ethan Schiller (Long Jump, Triple Jump), Ryan Baker (Discus), Addison Gustaf (100m Hurdles), Peyton Wilson (Pole Vault), Sophie Louderback (Long Jump, Triple Jump), Maddie Mills (Triple Jump), Bella Keller (Shot Put).
Event winners included Sophie Louderback in the Long Jump and Ethan Schiller in the Long Jump.
