SWAY (Concussion) testing will be August 15th at the high school from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. This is for all of those participating in golf, high school and middle school football as well as volleyball. Please plan on attending this testing prior to practices on the 19th.
There will be no weight room or open gym tonight at the high school.
The Wyoming Coaches Association All-Star weekend has come to an end. The North swept the South in the three events. Upton Lady Cat Sophie Louderback competed on the winning volleyball squad and Bobcat players Chase Mills and Ethan Schiller along with Coaches Joe Samuelson and Nick Johnson helped the North complete the sweep in the nightcap.
IT'S A GREAT DAY TO BE A BOBCAT!
3 Upton athletes and 2 coaches will be in this week's WCA All Star games in Casper, competing for the North squads. Sophie Louderback will participate in volleyball on Saturday at 1:00 while Chase Mills and Ethan Schiller are in the basketball game at 5:00.
Peak Motion PT will be offering free movement screenings for student athletes to share excercises and information regarding injury prevention.
Also as a reminder as the school year approaches, sport physical's are needed prior to starting practice for both middle school and high school volleyball, golf and football. Please drop off a copy of your sport physical with Chermey at the high school office beginning Monday July 29, 2024. She is in the office from 6:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday.

August 13 - HS Golf
August 19 - First MS/HS Volleyball, Football, also the first day of school!
Students at the high school had a chance to watch a flag folding ceremony and learn what the 13 folds of our flag stand for. Thank you to the American Legion Post 03 out of Newcastle and the American Legion Auxiliary for providing this invaluable lesson for our students.
This ceremony was held in anticipation of Maddie Mills and Zoey Wilson attending Wyoming Girls State this summer, as well as Brodie Kelly attending Wyoming Boys State.
